I want to find a job in any accounting field but prefer doing auditor in accounting firm or internal audit..

It seems like all of my friends who just graduated from college with an accounting degree get multiple job offers simultaneously from the Big 4 accounting firms. Most of my friends are not Ivy League graduates. Most of them graduated from respectable (but not top-tier) schools.
